1. Acceptance

By purchasing, installing, or using Maze Mischief, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

These terms supplement the Steam Subscriber Agreement and other Steam rules.

2. License

The player receives a personal, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the game on compatible devices solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, sell, redistribute, modify, reverse engineer, exploit vulnerabilities, create unauthorized versions, or use the game for illegal activities.

3. Online Features

Maze Mischief includes multiplayer features and depends on third-party services, including Steam, Unity, and online connectivity services. These features may experience interruptions, changes, or temporary unavailability.

The developer does not guarantee continuous availability of online services but will make reasonable efforts to correct relevant problems.

4. Player Conduct

The following actions are prohibited:

- Using cheats, hacks, bots, or unauthorized software;
- Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
- Interfering with the connection or experience of other players;
- Attempting to access, modify, or disrupt the game's servers or services;
- Engaging in harassment, threats, or illegal behavior during matches.

Access to the game or its online features may be restricted in case of violations of these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

Maze Mischief, including its code, characters, images, music, sounds, trademarks, and other content, belongs to the developer or its respective licensors. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to the player.

6. Updates and Development

The game may receive updates, fixes, balance changes, and new content. Features may be modified, replaced, or removed during development.

7. Warranties and Liability

The game is provided as made available, subject to the rights granted to consumers under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for indirect losses, interruptions to third-party services, or problems caused by hardware, software, network connections, or improper use of the game.

8. Termination

The player may stop using the game at any time. The developer may restrict access in cases of fraud, cheating, abuse, violation of these terms, or legal requirements.
