• LEARN & SPECIALIZE — A different skill is on offer each day. Build a coding savant or a marketing shark — a skill tree deep enough (Level 25 per skill) to grow very different studios.

• PLAY THE ROOM — Hackathons, investor pitches, design workshops, networking coffees. Some cost money, some earn it, some are just small talk and free pastries. All of them matter.
